Usage and billing details
Monthly allowances
Paid AI allowances reset with your subscription billing period. A payment retry does not change that date. Complimentary access follows the monthly anniversary of its grant. Free includes 3 practice starts and 50 AI requests per calendar month, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first day. Unfinished Free sessions count as starts. Unused allowances do not roll over. View actual usage and reset dates in Settings.
What uses an AI request
Character replies, hints, coaching, and scenario generation can use AI requests. One session can use several requests. Failed AI response or feedback generation does not consume requests. In-progress work temporarily reserves capacity, shown separately. Team request allowances are shared across the team.
Shared capacity and rate limits
Team Growth is exempt from the shared 500-text-request daily cap. Other plans share that capacity and may pause before their period allowance is reached. Monthly limits and short-term rate protections still apply to Growth.
Optional voice
Google-generated voice has separate per-user limits and shared free-capacity safeguards. It is not unlimited and stops when that capacity is unavailable, with no automatic voice overage charges to you. Playback is optional for character replies and coaching; dictation uses your browser's speech service. You can continue with text.
Team seats
Owners and administrators count toward your team’s seat limit. Pending invitations reserve seats. Confirm the available seats and program scope with us before purchasing Custom Team Pro.
Assessment and document scope
Team Growth and Custom Team Pro include baseline and repeat assessments for learning, not validated employment screening. Custom adds reviewed document-grounded scenarios and cohort analytics. Import digital PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown files up to 4 MB; PDFs are limited to 40 pages and extracted text to 40,000 characters. Scanned documents and OCR are not supported. An administrator explicitly approves up to six paragraphs totaling 6,000 characters before sending those excerpts to the AI provider. Original files are not stored or sent to the AI provider; reviewed source text and approved excerpts can remain in saved records. Removing a source does not remove excerpts already saved in scenarios, assessments, or reports.
Advanced analytics
Custom Team Pro adds date-filtered cohort and skill summaries, matched assessment comparisons, and CSV exports. Missing reports are not scored as zero. Views identify incomplete comparisons and any 5,000-session reporting limit; scores describe practice, not proven workplace performance.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues through the current billing period. Free access does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. See the Terms for billing and refund details. Team upgrades show a prorated charge for your confirmation; downgrades take effect at renewal and require the lower seat cap.
